It's a very cozy place, it has everything you need, there is always excellent and timely communication with Brian. It's a perfect place for 2-3 people. I love returning to this property every time we travel to visit family.

The place is beautiful, the house, the pool and the beach. We were told that the pool is cleaned Monday and Tuesday and not just as the app marks Tuesday. We look forward to continuing to enjoy the place, I'm sure we'll be back. Hugo is very kind, in communication and understanding.

Excellent accommodation to enjoy a few quiet days in the pleasant and interesting beach of Villa Rica. With a privileged ocean view and direct beach access. The room is simple, but comfortable and clean. The inside and outside spaces are spacious and pleasant. The upper terrace and the small pool are very enjoyable. Mariam's attention is excellent and Mr. Franco locally resolves the problems that arise. The cell signal is weak, but on the upper terrace you can even work online.
