Fully fenced and located down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk through a bush track down to a lovely safe swimming beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming, paddleboarding, and watersports. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at either end of the beach.

The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. It has amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks. The yurt has a separate kitchen, with a small fridge and gas oven and 2hob burners. The bathroom has a hot water shower and composting toilet.
