Lovely and unique house!!! We had a wonderful time and are still talking about it.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house was not only beautiful and in excellent condition, but it was also thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, bottled water, and a lovely gift basket upon arrival—a wonderful touch! The outdoor space was just as amazing as the interior, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time. The location was ideal, within walking distance to many great spots, making it super convenient. On top of that, the management group was outstanding—communication was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay. We’d definitely book again!

By far the BEST property we have ever stayed at (across the country) and most importantly, the BEST customer service experience from the Maimon Group. We had a group of 14 (3 kids, adults in their 20’s and 40’s) and this property and location was loved by all. The house was squeaky clean, the pool was the right size, the basketball area and pool table were fun, and there was enough space for everyone to find a quiet place for themselves. We have been airbnbing for 10 years and this experience was our first flawless experience, much of that came from the attentiveness and professionalism of the Maimon Group. The master bedroom is beautiful and inspiring when you wake up in the morning. There are numerous food options in the area that are close by: In-N-Out is 4 minutes away, taco trucks abound, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc… Absolutely perfect. For our annual trip to LA next year we will be hoping for another property that they manage.

This house was perfect for us! The decor was amazing with mid-century modern flair. There were so many usable amenities from the pool, hot tub to the theatre and the home gym just to name a few. And the view was spectacular. The house was very private and we really enjoyed every aspect of it. Any questions we had were quickly replied to. I would love to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at the Maimon Group home in Coldwater Canyon. The property is absolutely beautiful — spacious, luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and communication throughout the stay was excellent. The only thing to note is that if you have a low-clearance car (we have a Tesla Model 3), the driveway into the garage can cause some scraping. We ended up parking in the driveway instead, which worked out perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would love to stay at one of their properties again!

Sometimes I find myself buying laundry pods/dryer sheets, coffee pods, paper towels shampoo and conditioner, salt and pepper, sugar, olive olive, napkins, bottled water, cooking spray.. etc., but these types of things were available for use. I was thankful for that as I have two young children and these items were convenient to have on hand. We went to the beach and noticed there was an outdoor shower by the garage, awesome! We also enjoyed the outdoor hot-tub on the upstairs patio. Gorgeous view too. Landscapers came to the home mid stay and were discreet and professional. I love the landscaping and outdoor fire pit. Landscaping also provided privacy Thank you for the great communication. We hope to stay with you again!
