The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from several popular destinations such as Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
