House vacation rentals in Mani Peninsula

The house was in an impeccable location as it is in the photos with a very beautiful outdoor space! There was a filter coffee maker a kettle and generally we didn't miss anything. Excellent hospitality and communication. A little difficult to find, but instructions are informative. The only thing we missed was maybe a shampoo in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal. Thanks!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

What a wonderfully quiet place on the outskirts of an idyllic village with a beautiful beach and clear water. You can walk there in a few minutes. From the roof terrace you can see the sea and look over an olive grove. The host is extremely friendly and quick to respond to messages. She made us feel at home very quickly. In between, cleaning was done, very nice! The pool is lovely, fresh, clean and not cold. I definitely recommend this place!

Firstly, the location/ town of Tyros is so beautiful! It is so peaceful and has amazing restaurants & beach all walking distance. If you want to get away from busy tourists spots but see what Greece has to offer this is the place! The down side is how to get there. From Athens it’s about a 3 hour drive, we hired someone to drive us to and from which was costly but ideal for us rather than hiring a car as when you’re in Tyros you don’t need a car everything is walking distance/ bike ride. We really appreciated the cake, fruit and wine on arrival. The apartment was nice! I would have thought for the price point a kettle, toaster and tea bags would be provided. They also had bikes, canoes, paddle boards and a sun lounge. I was also hoping the pool would be a bit more private! you have the above, side and front neighbours looking in. A little noise comes through from above neighbours as well! Overall a lovely stay just a few things can make it an exceptional stay!!

We loved our stay! The villa was super clean, well furnished with quality and heart, and you can’t get enough of the view and the pool. Surrounded by olive trees and just a car ride away from the coast with some hidden beaches and nice restaurants, for us it was perfect. Evan is also very attentive and takes care that you have everything you need. We hope to come back in some time.

This is a house for people that love stories and want a house with personality and a sense of a family and the place around it. This house comes with furniture from early 20th century Greece, a book from the writer that created the house and an amazing family story from a family in the far side of the world (San Fran) that came to love Greece through travelling with a sailing boat around Greek islands before settling and building a vacation home. It’s an experience not just another house to spend the night. A house worthy of the Durrels, so thank you Mimi LaFolette for it. Beyond that it’s on a hill overlooking Spetses town so you exchange in views and privacy with 500 metres of uphill walk every morning and night but you can also use taxis or electric bikes or motorcycles to make it easier.

Stunning location! Beautiful house, pool and sea view. We had an amazing week snorkeling, swimming in the pool and looking at the amazing view.

Great house, great location, and great host. Perfect for our family of 5 climbing holiday. The host was incredibly helpful for directions, food, crags and beeches. Highly recommend it.

Anastasios was a great host. He was flexible with my check-in time and helped me with any questions I had. Cleo the house cat is adorable and very sweet. The house and furniture are old but clean and everything is working just fine. The view and location are great. All in all I can totally recommend Anastasios' place. Thank you.

Exceptional place! one of the best we've ever rented!! Only seconds to the beach, with crystal clear water and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. house is spectacular with top tier finishings. each of the three bedrooms have a private, full bathroom. Two parking spaces big enough to fit larger vehicles. Thank you!

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

It was amazing! Along with the directions to the house he also gave us information about restaurants and places to go which was very nice traffic !

We had some trouble finding the house, but we were helped quickly and we were received in a very friendly manner. We found a well-equipped apartment. Although the outside temperature was very cold, the apartment could be heated pleasantly. We cooked a lot, the kitchen equipment was very good. We had enough hot water although there was little sun on many days. Everything worked well and if we had a problem or question, Paco responded immediately. Through the small windows not very much daylight comes into the apartment, but you can also have breakfast very well on the terrace in the sun. The place and all shops are quickly accessible, e.g. fresh bread in the morning can be easily picked up on foot. Some climbing sectors are directly accessible from the house. For us, the house had a perfect location, we slept very quietly here and also spent the rainy days very pleasantly. Thank you!

The two of us were there for two weeks to climb. The accommodation is super centrally located and yet you have your own car parking space in front of the door. Both climbing rocks and downtown are within walking distance. Despite the central location it is extremely quiet there. The view from the terrace where the sun shines in the morning is a dream (you actually see the sea and the entire climbing bar next to Leonidio). The landlords are very friendly and caring (there were fresh oranges, olives, eggs, Easter pastries). The accommodation is very spacious and everything necessary is available (the four of you can also stay there very well). In addition, the open fireplace delighted us for slightly fresher evenings in April (wood was sufficiently available). DearHosts, thanks for everything! We felt very comfortable with you.

Wow! We loved Kyparissi and Meda House was home from home. What a lovely place with absolutely everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. Recommend whole heartedly.

Irene's accommodation is wonderful: very well located in relation to the beach, the port and the city center, it is in a magnificent stone house, with a beautiful view from the terrace over the city and the sea. The decoration inside is superb, very neat and matches the photos, it made me think of Karen Blixen's "African farm"... Everything is very comfortable and of high quality. The only thing to have in mind is that the mezzanine mattress is quite small and the sofa in the living room is not a convertible (you can sleep there if necessary but it's not as comfortable as a real bed). Also I recommend not exceeding 4 people maximum in the accommodation; as for the mezzanine bed, I recommend it either for a single person, or for 2 children relatively young and small (not 2 teens like me…), but not too small either because the staircase that leads to the mezzanine is steep. Otherwise, Irene is a very attentive, welcoming and pleasant hostess, meeting her is part of the fun! I would this property.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

The is a great place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the island. Amazing views and stylish interior with all equipment you might need makes it a great and comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and conveniently designed, kitchen has all what you need to cook independently if you like to. We wish to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house. It's a beautiful stone house in a peaceful location and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect base for a few days in Mani - 10 mins up the road from Kardamyli and a short drive further up the hill to some amazing hiking trails. Clean & comfortable space and with ample heaters for those cold winter nights. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again.
