I personally love how the bay is always calm and a steady 5’ deep. The perfect place for the kids to swim and paddle kayaks and canoes. You can drive in the bay with your boat and park at your private dock. We also have a garage that's been upgraded to a rec room, so even on rainy day there’s fun to be had!
