Two private living areas with adjoining door. 4 private bdrms. and large yard with path that leads to the beach and Lake Ontario swimming and sunsets! The beach adjoins state land with miles of sandy beach to enjoy, after crossing a small inlet that leads to large S. Colwell Pond.

The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
