Beautiful studio at the marina, 100 m from the beach.

Entièrement rénové, situé dans une résidence calme à proximité directe du port et de la plage, sur la marina. Le studio se situe au 1 er étage avec ascenseur. Cuisine équipée, ouverte sur le salon ( micro onde, lave linge, machine à café, frigo .. ), d’un canapé lit convertible pour 2 personnes, de rangements avec penderie, ainsi qu’un balcon avec table d’extérieur. Idéalement situé, proche de petits commerces. Ne dispose pas de place de parking attribué, mais stationnement gratuit partout.
