This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

A fully equipped, refurbished 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage next to our main house 2 queen size beds and 1 super king bed. New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Minimum 2 nights

The Black Pearl

Escape the city with this stylish kiwi cottage. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 3rd double bedroom in a sleep out adjoining the house. A 4th bedroom is a small single for kids. A modern kitchen gives the option to cook. Only 100m from a bus stop so easy to get to and from the ferry and walking distance to shops, cafes, and beaches.

Bike friendly being only a Ten Minutes drive from ForFourty Mountain Bike Park, perfect location for a biking weekend away. Absolutely no parties

Located within 3 minute walk of Dairy, Bakery, Vege shop and Liquor shop.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
