Less than 1 mile to downtown, 3.5 miles to Granite Peak Ski Resort, & 3 miles to Aspirus Wausau Hospital. 2 Bedrooms rooms have a full size bed, Roku TV, closet, dresser, & blackout curtains. The smaller room has the same amenities except it has a twin size bed. There's a full kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, & newer washer and dryer in basement. There's uncovered parking behind the garage & in the driveway.
