Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Listing that is fully as described. Super well located on the old harbor, close to everything to do everything on foot. Very nice discovery of this city of La Rochelle with a good crush. The apartment is great, clean quiet and Patrick communicates easily and was very accommodating! See you soon!

A good place to stay in the heart of Rochelaise life for a short stay. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and effectively quiet given its location. Small quack on arrival, which is not yet totally self-contained: you have to pick up the keys at the neighboring bar, and he had got the wrong set in the first place and Lucas was not reachable. Problem quickly fixed and Lucas reminded us as soon as possible until we got back to the apartment. Also be careful, as parking is complicated in La Rochelle, it can be complicated to have to park 10 minutes on foot when you come with the family with lots of luggage. We can't have everything! We obviously appreciate the exceptional location.

Very nice apartment located in the city center with a magnificent view of the port of La Rochelle. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The terrace is also a big plus. Clear and fluid communication with the concierge. We will be back!

Very nice stay. Very responsive host for a last minute stay, thank you very much. The proximity to all shops makes it possible to stay like in a hotel: eat at the restaurant, even have breakfast in nearby hotels or at the New York restaurant facing the sea . The bakery at the foot of the apartment also allows very pleasant meals at the apartment ( butcher shop also 2 steps away). Departure from beautiful steps to St Palais or Royan. Beach opposite the apartment. We will be back!

We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location to visit the island of Oléron

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Charming very comfortable little house, perfectly located in the heart of the city and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay and will be back with pleasure!

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

Excellent stay in Isabelle's house, quiet by the channel and at the same time in downtown Boyardville. The house is very well equipped and Isabelle is very considerate with her hosts. I particularly recommend it!

Very nice apartment: very nice sea view on 2 sides (from the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms) Quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes from the center of La Rochelle on foot by a pleasant path. Possibility also to take bicycles at the city terminals about 5 minutes walking away from the apartment. Very nice stay for us with beautiful weather!

Very nice apartment. Breathtaking view of the beach. The apartment is located next to the Palais des Congrès. Damien the owner is very attentive to our requests and responds very quickly. We'll be there again.
