The listing was so great we decided to extend our stay! The cottage is ideal for a getaway with many fun activities within the farm (and close by) to keep yourself entertained during the stay. The host was also super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely visit again! Thank you Katherine & family.

Amazing place, clean, beautiful, and well equipped. it was close to the shop, pools, and restaurants which was such a bonus! Mash was responsive and super helpful if we had any questions. Thanks Mash! We'd live to visit again.

Oriole's Nest is a true gem, and so is Cathy. We were welcomed in such a warm way, we even found a bottle of bubbly and chocolate to make us feel home. The house is fully equipped, there is so much space to feel cozy in, the boma was the place to be for all of us. It's quiet, protected from wind, safe and well maintained. We stayed over New Year's and found so many candles we could light. There's even a generator for loadshedding. We were a group of adults and kids and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The very best of it is the location though. The sea view is amazing! Thanks to Cathy and Jean for a wonderful time on the South Coast!

Had an absolute wonderful 5 days at Milkwood Cottage! The cottage itself gave hints of childhood memories of holidays spent at family sea cottage growing up in the Eastern Cape. Fell head over heals in love with the beautiful gardens, boasting a variety of plants, trees and insects. The patio was our most favorite spot which we spent all of our time chilling ... from the morning coffee to the lazing in a hammock reading to sitting around the fire at night... allowing us to be outside and soak up the garden and surrounding sounds even when it was raining. The quiet and tranquil beach is in such close proximity to the cottage and provided us with easy access to a cool dip in the sea any time of the day. The area was safe and secure giving me peace of mind for my teenagers to head to the beach on their own. Sbu was awesome and so helpful ... even rigging up up our fishing rods for us! We really enjoyed our time at Milkwood and hope to be back again real soon!!

This was my second time staying at Felicity's place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Felicity is a fantastic host - so friendly and extremely responsive to any questions I had. The place itself is spotless, peaceful, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
