There is also an energy-saving air-to-water heat pump which can also be used as air-conditioning. The four comfortable bedrooms have ample closet space and good beds (box-mattresses). In one bedroom there is a TV. There are Blu-ray system and PlayStation. Kitchen area including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with 60 litres freezer. There is a pellet stove which can heat the entire house for less than DKK 50.00/day during the winter (pellets can be bought at the house, there is a manual) In the garden there are swings, a sandpit, activity tower with slide and petanque court at 3x12 m. 45 m² covered terrace with a great opportunity to enjoy the sun. The house was built of quality materials including a heat recovery system that ensures a very low energy consumption. No letting to youth groups. Øster Hurup - 150 meters to a child-friendly beach

Lovely cottage in Øster Hurup on the water side with only 150 meters to the child-friendly beach. The cottage is nicely and brightly decorated with bright kitchen and large living room with large loft and wood-burning stove. Nice bathroom with shower and there is an outdoor shower for the hot days. With direct access from the living room is walked out onto beautiful south / southwest facing terrace which is partially covered terrace with skylights. In the large garden there is opportunity for play and in addition there is a wilderness bath that can be used. The garden is secluded.

Family summer house in the woods by the water with jacuzzi

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
