Apartment vacation rentals in Havana

This was my second time staying at Maira’s apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to Casa de la Musica, a fantastic live music venue you can walk to for a great night out. For me, parking is essential since I usually rent a car, and this place makes it easy. You can typically park right on the street out front, and there’s also a secure paid lot directly across the street that only costs 300 Cuban pesos per night (about $1.50 USD), which is super convenient — especially in case of a power outage. The apartment is on the third floor with a reliable elevator, and it’s well equipped with all the essentials: a strong working A/C, comfortable space, and a small terrace perfect for cooling off and people-watching after a day exploring Havana. Maira and her nephew, Mr. Piloto, are fantastic hosts. He’s just a quick call away if you ever need anything, and they both go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.

O espaço atendeu bem as minhas necessidades principais. O bairro tem muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Eletrodomésticos funcionaram bem. O apartamento é no 10o andar, o que permite uma bela vista do bairro, sendo possível ver também o mar, e conta com elevadores. Nereyda é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e bondosa, dando instruções claras e se dispondo a ajudar. O apartamento é bem simples, com um decoração antiga que lembra casa de vó. Não possui wi-fi, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem iphone e precisa usar internet no computador (já que a opção de rotear fica indisponível quando se usa SIM cubano no iphone). Embora a rede elétrica do apartamento seja mais estável pela proximidade de um hospital (segundo informações da anfitriã), em caso de apagões na ilha (aconteceu comigo), se torna necessário usar a escada para lomoção, o que pode ser inviável para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Sugiro muito levar bateria extra de celular se for pra Cuba.

Ernesto était toujours réactif si nous avions besoin de lui, le logement est bien placé dans le Vedado, pas loin des commerces et restaurants dans un quartier animé. A noter un très bon glacier/patissier situé à proximité Sabor Cid (excellent !!!!). Bon rapport qualité/prix du logement. Je recommande vivement. Merci Ernesto

El departamento de Félix es muy bonito, el edificio es silencioso. La cama es muy cómoda. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar. Vale completamente la pena. Saludos

Great experience! The host was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Being on the 17th floor, it was very quiet and had nice view over the city. Pitfalls: the random blackouts. Sometimes we had to climb the stairs.

À une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre historique, des commerces à proximité, un rooftop très mignon, l’appartement est plutôt petit mais fidèle à la description et confortable. Merci de tout mon cœur à Géraldine. Souriante et chaleureuse, elle est toujours là pour répondre ou anticiper chacune demande et m’a presque fait sentir faire partie de sa famille pour quelques semaines. Je reviens bientôt avec grand plaisir

La zona es excelente, si puedes contar con acceso a una bicicleta, el paseo por la 5ta Avenida es muy recomendable. Tienes todo el malecon para recorrerlo y muy cerca de alli esta la Fabrica de Arte, expresion contemporanea del arte cubana, musica, pintura, fotografia, etc. Estrella es la encargada de administrar el alojamiento y hace merito a su nombre, ademas es una actriz de teatro y las recomendaciones de la actividad teatral son las de una persona del gremio. Disfrute mucho de puestas en escena en el teatro Trianon y el teatro Revueltas, en Linea. Altamente recomendable y definitivamente pienso volver. Flexibilidad a la hora de ingreso y de salida, buenas recoemndaciones y atencion personalizada de primera; me entro el capricho de irme a la playa con mi propia sombrilla y Estrella me la consiguio; en una Habana donde es muy dificil conseguir muchas cosas, si no es con demasiada anticipacion. Mi experiencia fue muy buena y voy a regresar a este alojamiento.

A stylish apartment very close to La Rampa and everything Vedado has to offer

El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para la vida diaria. Alicia es una persona inteligente y colaboradora, estuvo siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera funcionando y también de aclarar todas las dudas que tenía. Sin ninguna duda volvería a hospedarme con Alicia. La relación calidad precio fue justa, el barrio es tranquilo y muy cerca del mar se puede encontrar de todo.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à La Havane. L’appartement était beau, propre et confortable. Avec toutes les commodités pour cuisiner. Et il est extrêmement bien situé, donnant accès directement sur un des plus beaux endroits de La Havane la Plaza Vieja. Beaucoup de restaurants et beaucoup d’attractions aux alentours. Es un piso alto sin elevador, me asusté al inicio pero luego me quedé enamorado del lugar. Céntrico y con una paz increíble.

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Excelente alojamiento en el Vedado, muy cerca de La Habana vieja. El alojamiento cumplía a la perfección lo descrito en el anuncio y María ha sido una anfitriona 10 dándonos la flexibilidad de entrada y de salida que necesitamos. Se lo recomiendo a todos los que estén buscando un alojamiento en La Habana.

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

- A great place to stay while in Havana!! Located next to a main street with bus and taxi service. There is a pizzeria across the street and you can get ice cream a short distance away. WIFI is available in the small park next to the apartment complex by purchasing ETESCA access vouchers. Hotel Presidente is 2 blocks away and you can buy tours and the sea wall is 3 blocks away. If you want to experience a true Cuban experience, this is the place!! - Un ottimo posto mentre visitate L'Avana !! Situato vicino ad una strada principale con servizio di autobus e taxi. Vicino, c'è una pizzeria dove si puo gustare una pizza e pasta Cubana. WIFI è disponibile nel giardino acanto il complesso residenziale acquistando una scheda di accesso ETESCA. L'Hotel Presidente si trova vicino dove potrete acquistare tour turistici e il lungo mare altri 300m. Se vuoi una vera esperienza cubana, non sarete delusi!! - Un super endroit pour visiter La Havane !! Situé près d'une route principale avec service de bus et de taxi. À proximité, il y a une pizzeria où vous pourrez déguster une pizza et des pâtes cubaines. Le WIFI est disponible dans le jardin à côté du complexe résidentiel en achetant une carte d'accès ETESCA. L'Hôtel Presidente est situé à proximité où vous pouvez acheter des visites touristiques et la mer ce trouve à 300m. Si vous voulez une véritable expérience cubaine, vous ne serez pas déçu !! - Un gran lugar para alojarse en La Habana. Ubicado al lado de una calle principal con servicio de autobús y taxi. Hay una pizzería al otro lado de la calle y puedes comprar helados a poca distancia. WIFI está disponible en el pequeño parque al lado del complejo de apartamentos mediante la compra de vales de acceso ETESCA. El Hotel Presidente está a 2 cuadras y puedes comprar tours y el malecón está a 3 cuadras. Si quieres experimentar una verdadera experiencia cubana, ¡este es el lugar!

I’ve been 36 countries including Cuba. But I’ve never seen like this. They are very helpful me everything in Cuba. Thank you very much. I’m surely to stay in this room if I visit to Cuba next time.
