Apartment vacation rentals in Havana

This was my second time staying at Maira’s apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to Casa de la Musica, a fantastic live music venue you can walk to for a great night out. For me, parking is essential since I usually rent a car, and this place makes it easy. You can typically park right on the street out front, and there’s also a secure paid lot directly across the street that only costs 300 Cuban pesos per night (about $1.50 USD), which is super convenient — especially in case of a power outage. The apartment is on the third floor with a reliable elevator, and it’s well equipped with all the essentials: a strong working A/C, comfortable space, and a small terrace perfect for cooling off and people-watching after a day exploring Havana. Maira and her nephew, Mr. Piloto, are fantastic hosts. He’s just a quick call away if you ever need anything, and they both go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.

The space met my main needs well. The neighborhood has many options of restaurants and cafes. Eletrodomésticos worked well. The apartment is on the 10th floor, which allows a beautiful view of the neighborhood, being also possible to see the sea, and has elevators. Nereyda is a very considerate and kind person, giving clear instructions and being willing to help. The apartment is quite simple, with an old decoration that resembles grandma's house. It does not have wi-fi, which may be a problem for those who have iphone and need to use internet on their computer (since the option of routing is unavailable when using Cuban YES on iphone). Although the electrical network of the apartment is more stable due to the proximity of a hospital (according to host information), in case of blackouts on the island (it happened to me), it becomes necessary to use the ladder for lomotion, which may be unfeasible for people with mobility difficulties. I suggest a lot to bring extra cell phone battery if I go to Cuba.

Ernesto was always responsive if we needed him, the accommodation is well located in the Vedado, not far from shops and restaurants in a lively area. Note a very good glacier/patissier located near Sabor Cid (excellent!!!!). Great value for the space. I would highly recommend it Thanks Ernesto

Great experience! The host was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Being on the 17th floor, it was very quiet and had nice view over the city. Pitfalls: the random blackouts. Sometimes we had to climb the stairs.

About fifteen minutes walk from the historic center, shops nearby, a very cute rooftop, the apartment is rather small but true to description and comfortable. The area is excellent, if you can have access to a bike, the walk along 5th Avenue is highly recommended. You have all the malecon to tour it and very close to there is the Fabrica de Arte, contemporary expression of Cuban art, music, painting, photography, etc. Estrella is in charge of managing the accommodation and thanks to her name, she is also a theater actress and the recommendations of the theatrical activity are those of a person in the guild. Enjoy staging at the Trianon Theatre and Revueltas Theatre in Linea a lot. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to be back. Flexibility at check-in and check-out, good refreshments and first-class personalized attention; I enter the whim of going to the beach with my own umbrella and Estrella got it; in a Havana where it is very difficult to get a lot of things, if not too far in advance. My experience was very good and I'm coming back to this place.

A stylish apartment very close to La Rampa and everything Vedado has to offer

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for daily life. Alicia is a smart and collaborative person, she was always careful that everything was working and also to clarify all the doubts she had. I would definitely stay with Alicia again. The value for money was fair, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the sea you can find everything.

My husband and father loved it and the host was very flexible. I rented this apartment for them and would do it again.

And it is extremely well located, giving direct access to one of the most beautiful places in Havana Plaza Vieja. Lots of restaurants and lots of attractions around. We loved it. It's a high floor without a lift, I got scared at the beginning but then I fell in love with the place. Centrally located and with incredible peace.

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
