There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

This cozy apartment is located in the heart of Maribo, 2 minutes from the city square with café and market square every Wednesday and Saturday. The beautiful Cathedral and Nørresø are just a 5-minute walk from here through the old town. The apartment is part of our house, where we live, a family of 4 and 2 cats. However, there is a private entrance and it is separate. If you want to see the exciting Knutenborg Safari Park, it is only 10 minutes by car. The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø.
