Where the Oder-Havel Canal and the Old Finow Canal intersect, the entrance to the Schorfheide, there lies the picturesquely designed harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

Holiday home at the Quince/ private sauna-in IHLOW

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. It offers an incredible amount of extras: whether air conditioning, a sauna or a fireplace - all wishes are fulfilled. Depending on the weather, the house has a table outside and inside. The built-in kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Linen, towels, Wi-Fi, heating, water and electricity are included. The sauna will not be operational until January 20, 2026

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
