Vacation rentals with a sauna in Marina Alta

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

Very nice contact and great communication for check-in. The view of the city of Benidorm from the apartment at night is simply magical. The apartment is very well and modernly equipped, there is everything you need. The hot tub should be mentioned as a highlight. The complex also has a small sauna and also 3 pools ideal for summer and there is always a parking space. However, a car is definitely needed to shop ( 5 minutes by car everything is available) and to visit all the beautiful cities in the area (Altea, Calpe, Alicante, etc.) We would book this Airbnb again and can fully recommend it.

The apartment was gorgeous and modern – perfect for a vacation stay! The balcony on the 29th floor had an amazing view of the sea and the entire panorama of Benidorm – something absolutely delightful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment had two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the kitchen with the island was fully equipped. Plus a washer and dishwasher – a very convenient solution. The location is also great – just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Wonderful neighborhood, full of charm and peace. Really didn't want to come back! We'll definitely be here again:)

We were having a cycling camp and Raul’s apartment was perfect for us three. Raul is very kind host and was welcoming us when we arrived. There is also all the essentials for a longer stay and all the shops are just behind the corner as well.

Beautiful appartment, all things are brand new, loved the view, the location which is not far from the beach, has a supermarket nearby and has a good bus connection. We used also the indoor and outdoor pool a lot and the basketball playground with my daughter. Laura, the host, was very helpful in all we needed.

The apartment is great, very new everything and super clean. The urbanization where it is is fantastic and located on a great site. And Denia loved it. 10 out OF 10

Apartment really was amazing, great views, with a indoor pool also. The outdoor pool wasnt open as it was March but it looked amazing and would love to come again in the summer months. The apartment was out the way from the main part of the city but that is what we wanted. The walk along the prom to the centre is really nice and the taxi's were under 10 euros so it was perfect. Apartment was so clean and modern. We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Benidorm. Juan met us to show us round the complex which ended up being quite late in the evening which wasnt a problem for him. Very friendly guy who was happy to answer any questions throughout the trip through messages.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

We arrived early due to early flight. Vicente & Monica met us early to allow early check in which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless and beautiful little details made it feel very homely., thank you for our cakes, wine, teas and coffees too. The apartment was fully equipped for our stay. Such a peaceful place and it was lovely to sit on the balcony with our drinks and to read, just perfect. It rained our first few days but that didn’t stop us getting out. We were very lucky to have a heated indoor pool which we enjoyed most days. We had a few questions and asked about places which Vicente replied immediately (such an amazing host). If I had one word to explain this little paradise of an apartment would be WOW. We will certainly be returning one day. Anyone looking to book here would be mad not too. I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful residence. Pleasant for a weekend but great for a week because it's a large terrace and a beautiful space. Close to airport, Alicante, etc.. easy to access. We had a great time with a very responsive host!

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment matches the photos perfectly. We'll be happy to go back.

Amazing villa with the most beautiful view! We were 16 people (plus a baby), and the villa was perfectly sized for our group. Well equipped villa with everything you may possible need.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We had a fantastic week at Yan's place. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was very clean and new. The urbanization is spectacular. Near Del Torres beach and several trails down the cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thanks Yan!!! You are a super host!!!

Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

We had a lovely stay at this villa. A very spacious place with plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy with friends and family. The host also received us kindly and helped us in everything we needed.
