A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

The place was ready upon arrival as we had agreed in advance. Alessandro greeted us personally and introduced everything. The villa is located a few steps from the city center, but in a quiet area. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The large property around the villa is excellent for dog owners.

The house is a pearl. In the immediate distance to the sea (about 100 m through a park and you are already on the beach) and also the town with the restaurants and shopping is within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk to shopping). The house has a great outdoor kitchen. Bikes for adults and a sup were at your disposal. Glad to come back!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment, located in the Boboli residence, is very well maintained. Suitable for families up to 6 people. Extremely quiet and cool, with a terrace overlooking the staircase to the marina. Mrs. Antonia is an attentive Host who also takes care of the details of the stay (e.g. custom maps for the hiking and biking routes around Punta Ala).

The place was clean and new A little dark if you do not open the windows and do not turn on the light but we discovered the penultimate day they had provided us with the keys for the lock on the windows.. Our error😁 Everything else is fine.. Michele immediately responded to a small problem that had arisen and was very kind I recommend it

Stunning views from terrace. Well appointed apartment with many amenities. We enjoyed the access to the beach.
