La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Villa indipendente immersa nel verde di un parco con accesso privato al mare. La casa si dispone su due livelli dove al piano terra abbiamo la zona giorno con cucina, bagno un ampio salone con camino, salendo al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte con quattro camere e doppi servizi. Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

Ancient farmhouse restored with charm, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and part of a family property that extends along the coast (Seccione). The house is fully furnished and equipped. There are: a private access to the sea, the swimming pool and to the free beach of the "Prunini" by a short path. You will be able to meet owners on site, to discover the island and for any need.
