Vacation rentals in Marina Roseto Capo Spulico

The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We were in two families and we were very comfortable in the townhouse. Each room has mosquito nets, and air conditioning, the outdoor space is equipped with a table and armchairs for dinners or breakfasts. The village has a shared pool and a tennis court.

All in all a great and pleasant stay, very friendly, flexible and attentive. Margherita even baked a nice traditional Easter cake for us! Totally recommended

I was with my family during the Easter holidays and we found ourselves in a true paradise, unique view, home equipped with everything you need and more. We had a little cool the first nights and Sandro immediately brought us some extra blankets and a heater. We were* really great, the road to get there can be a bit difficult at times, but for those who look out of the window and enjoy the wonderful landscape in which it is immersed...well the difficulty is absolutely second floor. And I have to say that once it becomes easier! As info for those who may be more sensitive to the theme, there is a hill nearby on which several antennas and repeaters of the various phone companies are installed. In total, we would highly recommend it, especially for nature lovers!

Flavio communicated very proactively on its own, which made check-in much easier. So it was also no problem to check in a bit earlier. His mother gave the keys and showed everything again. Even though she only spoke Italian, the communication worked. Basics, the apartment was beautifully situated and quiet. The only deficiency is that some things such as shutter mount, curtain rod, toilet lid or bed would have to be reattached again. But that doesn't diminish the stay.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Very nice masseria and fridge full of groceries produced by them. Very well-stocked apartment (coffee maker, quality foam shower, fruit, eggs from their chickens, coffee, oil, salt, dish cleaning products, biscuits, taralli,...). Great suggestion of the free beach. Enchanting!

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..
