It's a single, entire house In "Shangrilá", the first resort we find to the east -after leaving Montevideo- is "El Quincho". On the waterfront, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With a garden, stove, heated pool (October to April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with dressing room, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, fully equipped, to enjoy as a family all year round.

Modern house, rest and lots of greenery

Marindia is a small spa 39 km from Montevideo. It is characterized by balcony streets, abundant vegetation and on the banks of the Rio de la Plata. It's an extremely quiet place, ideal for going to rest and be in touch with nature. Very suitable for long walks and bike rides as its streets circulate very few vehicles and people, which makes it an ideal place for rest. Also, 4 km away is the Atlantida spa with all the amenities
