A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Drive 1.5 kilometers towards Skene, take the sign for Tocknarås, continue for about 2 kilometers and you will arrive. You can see cranes and deer almost every day and hares. The house is 84 sqm and was built in 1996. In the kitchen, there is both an electric stove and a wood stove.
