Vacation rentals in Mark Twain National Forest

If you are seeking peace and a quiet surroundings, this is the place to stay. There are lakes and lots of areas to hike. The kitchen is stocked with the equipment for some serious cooking and there is a grill and a firepit outside. The internet service is fast, the cable service has plenty to watch and the cabin is stocked with board games. If you are looking for lots of restaurants and high end grocery stores, this is probably not the best area for you.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The views of the lake are amazing. Kris’s place had many amenities that were perfect for our family since we flew to Missouri and were packing “light”. Everything from a high chair to beach towels to a fully stocked pantry with herbs, spices and condiments in the fridge. Kris was highly responsive and check-in and out was a breeze.

The house and stay was amazing. The property was beautiful. The house was so clean and new. Our host was helpful, responsive, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent visit! The hosts were wonderful, kind, and accommodating! The location is a bit of a drive outside of town, but if privacy and rolling hills are your desire in the Ozarks, this is a great place! Plenty of space and everything matched the pictures. What a great location for a weekend get away with friends! The location was beautiful and quiet while we were there. The house was amazing inside and out, especially since we brought our bass fishing boat. The boat slip was easily accessible and was very necessary during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone that is needing a get away! ☺️ Matt was also an excellent host!!

I was detoured by alot of road closures due to weather. Crystal helped me navigate through some very complicated detours

this has become our new home away from home. My girlfriends and I metal detect at a local event each year and this will certainly be where we will be staying each year. Thanks so much to Josh and his wife for creating a beautiful place to stay.
