This is a very spacious condo unit with very efficient and private layout. It has very nice finishes and quality in the Tridel complex right in the heart of the city on Blue Jays Way. The AC/Heater switch during these 2 periods is controlled by building management. They switch from heater to AC in the spring and from AC to heater in the fall. We as hosts have no control over that and you may experience inconvenience in case of weather fluctuation] The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
