Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Great place and great host. House in a quiet area, close to Kotor old town (about 15-20 min on foot). Denis is very communicative and friendly, gave recommendations for the most interesting places and recommended restaurants. The house is charming and very clean.

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

We visited Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description. Everything you need is there to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place! The two are fantastic hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and nice! If we had questions, they always had an open ear for us and when the oven was not working properly, they ordered a new one directly and had it installed. Thanks for a great stay at your place!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. Very beautiful place. It’s even better in real life then on photos. Everything was super clean, the host was very helpful and always in touch. There is a huge yard there, and you can get to the nice restaurant right through this yard and you’re right on the beach. It’s peaceful, beautiful and absolutely worth the stay!

Tamara was nice. Bojan helps a lot and very nice. I got free complimentary rose wine. Bojan makes everything nice for my trip. Appreciates it and ofc wanna back to this place in the future if coming again to montenegro. Cheers!

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. In a calm and beautiful location. The house is immaculately clean and zero apartment. Almir helped us with everything and is a nice host. Thank you so much for everything.

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great apartment with lovely views. We did not spend much time in the apartment as there is so much to see and do in and around Budva. When we were home we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Dejan, the co-host, was extremely helpful. If available he offers trips around the country so you don't need to hire a car, we had a lovely day out into the mountains and to nearby Kotor. Would highly recommend Extravaganza!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

The place is clean and Irena is a lovely host!! She gives very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and even provides recommendations on the surroundings if wanted! The apartment is situated next to a busy road (does get quiet at night). It didn’t really bother us much but keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise. Overall I really recommend!

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!

As much as I try, I can't find the slightest complaint, everything went well, from communication to the conditions in the rented apartment. Facilitating instructions, all clean, kitchen functional, hot water, easy to reach, fifteen minutes from the sea, etc. I highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
