This is the perfect place for families who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside, without missing the conveniences of the city. For example, it is a 40 minute drive to the center of Amsterdam. It is advisable to have a car at your disposal. Because we are located in a rural area, there is little public transport.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the grounds of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrechtse lakes, where our cows, mostly traditional Dutch black and white cows, graze in an ancient park-like cultural landscape.
