We must emphasise there are NO KITCHEN cooking facilities, both rooms have a microwave, electric jug, toaster and everything provided to make your own breakfast. We live on the top floor.

We offer a continental style breakfast consisting of tea and coffee, a selection of cereals as well as homemade jam and bread if booked with enough notice.
