Ideal location for your business trips, north/south stops or tourist stays. My 70 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, toilet, laundry room. On the 1st floor, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden.

You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed.
