In dem Baumhaus gibt es keine Toilette und keine Dusche (Gartendusche) Eine eigene Toilette können Sie im benachbarten Ferienhaus nutzen. Sie können dort alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, wie Trampolin, gemütliche Sitzecke, Bibliothek, Tischkicker. Gerne darf auf dem Grundstück gegrillt werden

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

- Winter break from December 22 to April 5 - The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Meanwhile, there are 3 more apartments for guests in the house.
