The building was built in 2022. All the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located in the most peaceful area of Marmaris. There is a private oak forest, hiking trail, river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach, Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris, Cleopatra Island (boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. On the 2nd floor, it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
