The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

You will have free access to the pool area.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
