Nice and quiet independent apartment, finely furnished just 600 meters from the sea and 10 minutes from Fano and Senigallia. Surrounded by greenery and with all amenities nearby, it is great for enjoying a beach vacation between sports and culture without sacrificing relaxation. Il grazioso bilocale, rinnovato internamente in tutte le sue parti, fa parte di un complesso residenziale ristrutturato esternamente nel 2017, ubicato a 150 m dalla spiaggia attrezzata, in posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione del treno (200 m), e dall'uscita dell'autostrada (1,5 km). L'edificio offre vari servizi di gelateria, bar, parrucchieria, estetista, fisioterapia ecc.. L'appartamento è al primo piano, con balcone direzione mare ove poter desinare.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
