Diemelsee region. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking. With small garage (ideal for bicycles). In winter: Slope in Willingen easily accessible by car for skiing or tobogganing. LOCATION In the middle of the Hochsauerland. The house is situated in a small quiet village directly on the federal road (behind the road the railway line runs to nearby Bf Beringhausen and then comes the water "Hoppecke"). There are several bridges over the Hoppecke, so hikes can start directly from the house.

This beautiful vacation home can accommodate 6-8 people. It has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. There are many hiking trails nearby. This house is 20 minutes from Willingen and 40 minutes from Winterberg. The Diemelsee is 15 minutes away and Marsberg is 5 minutes away with shops and restaurants. Bakery nearby for fresh bread. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are provided. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. WiFi and TV are provided. In high season, only rent per week!

The apartment is located on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest between Kassel and Paderborn and is well suited for hikers, families and cyclists. Both the Diemel bike path (approx. 10 minutes by bike) and the Eggeweg are very close. The drive to the ski resort in Willingen takes approx. 45 minutes, to Lake Eder about 50 minutes. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with roof terrace.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Apartment in Marsberg-Oesdorf for rent (2 people, another person possible) . Minimum rental period 4 days. It is a cozy 48 sqm fully equipped apartment (renovation July 2023) in Marsberg-Oesdorf in an old farmhouse renovated and reused in 1981 with garden. The apartment is in the back of the ground floor with exit to the garden. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2x2) and in the living room the couch can also be used as a sleeping place.

The end of a convivial evening is a unique dining table, which was created from an old barn door. Afterwards you can relax on the huge balcony or on the sofas in the living area. For entertainment, there is a 50" TV with Netflix or a foosball table at the top of the gallery.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
