Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The house has good standing height (2 m) and as the only in the street private parking space, located next to Skippergade, where the entrance through the south facing courtyard is also. The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Welcome to our lovely, renovated townhouse of 63 m2, located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets a few minutes walk from everything. The house is on two levels and has a cozy living room with possibility of bedding, a dining room and a nice small kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.
