A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Nestled on the bank of the Muskegon River on one of the only private roads in the area, there's only two houses past our cottage. No road noise here!
