The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The 80qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
