Apartment on the second floor of a villa located at an altitude of 1,500 metres, offering a stunning view of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from which, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and hiking right from the front door. It is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.

La Mansarda Cortina is inside the Civetta Cabin. It is a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, with a private bathroom. There is also a kitchen area equipped with the bare minimum for the preparation of breakfast. Convenient and comfortable for 2 guests (maximum capacity of 4 guests).
