The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

Really great host! I had some special requests (e.g. extra monitor for remote work) and they arranged that for me. When there were some problems with water and electricity, they informed me promptly about it. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities that weren’t listed. The place is quite far from the center and somewhat noisy (since there is a workshop just beside it) but it’s a home away from home and very cozy so I didn’t mind 💖

The place is a hidden gem with lush surroundings, a peaceful sleepy town (ideal for resting and relaxing), and an incredible beach view—the best one could ask for! It's among the best spots in Luzon. As for the hosts, they were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and hospitable. However, do note that there's weak to no mobile data and network signal there. It might just be the best place to disconnect from the online world, exactly as you prefer. (They do have WiFi available although intermittent)

Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We were well accommodated by the host himself. The family served dinner and ate with us. If your looking for a native nipa hut accommodation in the Philippines, then this is the only place that gives you cheap but excellent hospitality. The locals treated us well and didn't take advantage because we were visitors. Definitely a place to stay by the beach and stay for a long time. Their place is not a tourist spot but there's a secret marine sanctuary next to them where you may go snorkeling and do trekking.

The place was nice and quiet, in a perfect location in Mobo that we needed. The bed and pillows made for the most comfortable sleep I have ever had in Philippines and this is not exaggerated. I was a little taken back that there are no towels or essentials for the price of the AirBnb, but realized later this was noted in the listing. The fridge was not in the room as pictured on the listing, however this probably could have been done upon reqest. All in all it was a very nice comfortable stay here in Mobo
