Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Maslak

I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

We met up with my parents in Istanbul and chose Baris’s place — and we couldn’t have made a better decision. There were five of us, including a two-year-old child. The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable, and quiet. Even though the living room faces a main street with a tram line, the bedrooms are facing a peaceful courtyard, so we all slept well. The kitchen was very well-equipped — there was everything we needed to cook! Baris was very attentive and always available. We had a small issue with the shower faucet, but he resolved it quickly. He also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Baris’s place!

The beautifully modern and well-equipped apartment is located in a new building right next to the Metropol shopping center on the Asian side of Istanbul. We found this super convenient as you could walk to all the errands & bakeries as well as restaurants & cafes were right nearby. The apartment has a great view of Istanbul and was very modern and clean. We highly recommend it! Thanks again for the flexible check-in!! ☺️

We had a great stay at this place! The house is conveniently located near the tramway in Cemberlitas and walking distance to Sultanahmet area.which made getting around the city super easy. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable—everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and willing to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the hospitality was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Mr. Mehmet helped in the slightest case, cleaning supplies, laundry. The ideal host who understands the state of the person.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Everything great. We were there 3 nights and in the apartment you have everything you need. We were able to park our car and enjoy the gym and sauna. We were working and the internet was enough. Thank you!
