🏡 Welcome to La petite verte, our large family cottage (6 bedrooms for 12 people) in Périgord-Limousin. 🌊 Located in Videix, just 2 minutes' walk from the supervised beach of La Chassagne (Lake Haute-Charente). Water 🛶 activities (paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boating, etc.), supervised swimming in summer 🥾 hikes from the house 🐎 Horseback riding Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. 10 minutes from Rochechouart, Vayres and St-Mathieu. The perfect blend of nature and leisure!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay at the borders of Dordogne/Haute Vienne and Charente to recharge your batteries as a couple or family. Ideal place for walking in the forest and along the river. You will find in the immediate vicinity: An international golf course (3 km), a tennis court (5 km), equestrian center 2 km away, canoeing activity 1/4 hour away (Montbron) and Lake St Mathieu or Verneuil with beach 20 km away. In the fall, lots of mushrooms for mushroom lovers!

Bed linen and towels are provided (However, I don’t iron the sheets … but they will be clean and sun-dried ✨) The courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining, and the terrace is sunlit. Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Can you already see yourself basking in the sun, jumping from stone to stone on the Glane, trying to fish, bubbling in the jacuzzi, or simply doing nothing? Perfect! Rest assured! All civilization will still be nearby (5 minutes from different shops)! So? When are you coming?! We’ll see you shortly!

La Petite Chouette - Pretty gîte in rural setting.

Very well presented cozy detached gîte, with character and gorgeous views across the countryside of the Périgord National Park. A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens, ducks are present on the property.
