Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

The host was friendly and responsive, very clear directions and the flat was clean and tidy. Having a bottle of water in the fridge would already have been a luxury, even if I had to pay a little more for that service, but that's the least. What I liked most was that I had an oven, there are many that do not have it. Of course the area is ideal, very central although in a quiet neighborhood and a stone's throw from the beach. I would definitely repeat it again and recommend it 100%. 👍

The apartment is super well located if you want tranquility is the ideal place the good beach in the season we have gone the floor quite better than we thought, to put some but when the cars come out of the garage it sounds a little but we who have only been to sleep and little more luxury I recommend it if you want tranquility good area of Roquetas

Rosa gives very clear instructions, she is friendly and helpful. Once in the apartment you find many details, take care of the experience and also have informative posters of the area with recommendations.

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. A dreamy stay that I would recommend to everyone. My partner and I were looking for a place to disconnect and this house has exceeded expectations. It has beautiful ocean views and at night you can admire the starry sky away from the chaos of the city. It is equipped with everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. In case of need, the village is a few minutes away in car. Mario and María José were very attentive and available. Would recommend without hesitation

❤️ This beautiful apartment has totally surpassed all previous apartments ( for the past 20 years). Super balcony with unmatched views of the sea and the Sierra Nevada. Great decor, very modern with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, all brand new and partly smart. Great bathrooms with showers and everything you need. The bedroom with sea view, great mattress, slept very, very well there. Marta is second to none, little message and she responds within minutes. We are absolutely thrilled, can only recommend this apartment. 10 stars if you can. Thanks again to Marta We will rent this apartment again and again

A very nice apartment, all the comforts. I stayed there for 5 weeks in Feb/March and I enjoyed my stay. The balcony was pleasant, beautiful view, and I was able to sit there regularly, but when the wind was hard it was too cold. The beach, the bakery and some other shops were within walking distance (10-15 min), as were a Mercadona (a little further). Furthermore, due to the season in the town itself, there was not so much to do, but I did not come for that. I have walked a lot on the nearby beach and in the vicinity (the Alpujurras and Cabo de Gata within 60 minutes by car) The host Lisette was very helpful, always responsive and flexible with wishes, for example, the day of arrival. Didn't see Lisette herself, but everything was well arranged.

Excellent in all aspects. The house was spotless with all the amenities you could need. Feeling like in your own house is not easy to get and Angel has the perfect apartment for a vacation. Quiet pool with little influx, every morning I was able to swim without anyone and having parking in a beach area is a luxury. You are a perfect vacation! Luisa was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, making sure our stay was perfect. The house is located in a privileged place, in the heart of Cabo de Gata, at the foot of the beach, which makes it the ideal destination to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. We left absolutely loved our relaxing days. Also, the neighbors are equally charming, which added an extra touch of warmth to our experience.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

A pleasure to stay on the floor. You can see that they have been aware of all the details. There was even a full kit with aspirin, basic condiments like oil, salt, sugar etc. Everything was very clean and freshly washed, and both Castro and Eva were very friendly and pleasant. We felt right at home. I have rented several Airbnbs, but this one has certainly been the best, and I'm sure I'll be back.
