This is our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and we Love it! It’s very clean extremely spacious with bedrooms upstairs and the couches downstairs are big enough to sleep at as well. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Loved drinking my coffee from the balcony upstairs overseeing the beautiful scenery. The back porch has a very nice setup as well with a bbq pit and plenty of space to sit around relax and enjoy. Mrs. Jessica the host is excellent, very friendly and attentive to all our needs as well as recommending place to go to. I Highly recommend this place and give it a five-star rating.

Great home to stay! It’s located a bit on the outskirts, but it’s a nice and quiet neighborhood. Not far from stores, entertainment and other locations. Jose answered my questions and even gave me restaurant recommendations! Very worth the price due to the 4 bedrooms, beds and a pool. Highly recommended

We were in the valley for a birding trip, so the Green Jay cottage was a perfect place for us. Upon arrival we immediately saw a buff bellied hummingbird cruising the grounds. We also really enjoyed the feeders and nature trails through the property to the lake access/dock. It’s very private and peaceful and there is no one else on the property. The cottage is small but a good size for a small group. We thought it was very clean and well kept and had many nice touches. Will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

This is a GREAT house. Cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Every detail to make you feel pampered. I have never had a better AirB&B experience. As a host, Danny is over the top in taking care to ensure the best visit of all time -- friendly, responsive, clear communication (and anticipation). Very convenient location -- near lots of nice spots for visitors. We loved this place and will try to book for any future travels to Brownsville. No reason to stay anywhere else ever!

We had a very nice stay, it was very clean perfect location for our needs and most of all very spacious. The listing states shampoo and body wash are part of the amenities, this was not the case so make sure to pack these items if visiting here.

The place was just as described and just like the photos shown on the website. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The area is very close to a well known hospital if you need to get a procedure done or need any type of medical attention. The apartment is 5 mins from the bridge literally once you cross the border you dont even have to get up the expressway, just stay on the frontage road and the first street to the left you turn and its a couple of streets away.. Their is a large Soriana store for any groceries you may want to buy or if you like family owned mini market stores there is one walking distance to the apartment. There ia also a movie theater less than 5 mins away if you want to enjoy watching a movie. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay at matamoros. Will definitely be coming back in the future. The hosts are very nice and are very prompt in getting back to you if you have any questions or concerns.
