Welcome. Here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple meals. Air fryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the accommodation. These run every 20 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Sundsvall city centre. They stop outside Mid Sweden University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Large house in the countryside outside Sundsvall. The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been completely renovated. Lake view and access to boat. Fishing licenses are purchased via Attmars FVO. Fishing is also offered in Ljungan. Close to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms in season. In winter, there are prepared ski tracks in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest slalom slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes to go by car to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery store is in Matfors.
