Enjoy some of the best fishing in Florida and park your boat on the dock. This home includes kayaks, a paddle board, and bicycles to roam around to the many shops and restaurants in the area. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, and a gravel area for small boat trailers. This home is one half of a duplex, but has private patio area with a 6 person hot tub

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

So much love is put into this home you will see and feel it. Can sleep up to 10. 50’ of dock to Tie up multiple boats. This close to town home is in a quiet neighborhood with Gulf access. You can drink your coffee and mimosas overlooking the tranquil water. Don’t want to cook breakfast? You can walk to town in 10 min or ride one of the bikes to the Perfect Cup or have lunch at another Matlacha restaurant. Your family will enjoy fishing off the dock, corn hole, board games, bbq, and Pac-Man.

Purple Plum cozy fishing cottage

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this lovely 2 bedroom house in Matlacha. The house features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms ( one is outside). Spend time relaxing in our fully screened in lanai which features ample seating, smart TV, and flattop grill. We also have 2 single and 1 double kayaks for you to explore the magical waters. Fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance as well as many gift shops and a fresh fish market. This colorful quirky island puts off a vibe like no other!

You love the water... then this is your place to be! The 2-story villa with pool and Gulf access has been completly renovated in 2024! Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool gives a nice refreshment after a day out and about (not heated)
