Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop and choose from several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
