Enjoy peaceful days in this quiet and centrally located home. This animal-free non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building and is accessible by elevator. It scores points through its west-facing balcony with views of horses and cows grazing on meadows and fields. With a double bed, reading corner, TV, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as wardrobe, it also offers space for a 2nd person. Laundry room as a bicycle cellar are also available.

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Shopping facilities are available on foot 5 minutes away. 1 parking space is available on the premises free of charge!

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

From us you can reach many sights such as Füssen with its royal castles, the Wieskirche or Munich within just one hour. There are also plenty of cycle paths and hiking trails on foot, as well as the Creszentia pilgrimage route.
