The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. One-room studio 35sq.m. with double bed. View from Mount Velia to Erymanthos and the town of Kalavryta. Access to the 3rd floor via an external stone staircase. Autonomous heating, stone fireplace, mini fridge and electric stove for beverages. The attic has a visible wooden ceiling. It has no balcony, but there are shared balconies and a courtyard. Wood for the fireplace is provided upon request. Cooking in the fireplace is not allowed.
