We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

whiteloft in Quartier S67

The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Its highlights are: sauna, jacuzzi, gym, gas barbecue, diverse media & gaming offers (Smart TVs, soundbar, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, 150 TV channels, foosball table, table tennis, Darts, board games)

Engine shed in the old train station **Industrial Style**

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. Our stylishly furnished apartment is located in the beautiful, rural Lochum, near the small town of Hachenburg. Experience the beauty of our Westerwald nature. In the immediate vicinity is the Westerwald Lake District with, among other things, the Dreifelder Weiher. Numerous cycling and hiking trails, including the Westerwaldsteig, are also on the doorstep. Nestled in the historic old town of the town of Hachenburg, you will find the ideal environment for day trips to the Westerwald lake district, a few stages on the Westerwaldsteig or a visit to the Marienstatt Monastery with a brewery and great beer garden.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
