The apartment is even better in person than on photos. It was clean and all the linens were fresh and smelled like heaven. Comfortable bed and sheets, very clean and welcoming apartment with all the amenities you would need. Close to all necessary stores and restaurants and 5 mins from the town or less. The hosts were exceptional in responding and communicating and made sure we had a good experience on arriving. I would recommend without hesitation and will be back. Also the ground staff...exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there for two weeks. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with lots of space.The backyard is very spacious,The beds were very comfortable, all the appliances were working and there was hot water. The neighborhood was very quiet; it was safe and secure.The property is gated and has surroundings cameras for extra security. It has parking spaces and we had great service from the WiFi , which was a big plus. The location is perfect; it's about 5 minutes to Mandeville town, with nearby supermarkets and shopping areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. The host (Angella) called several times to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this place to family and friends.

Very comfortable and mindfully designed accommodation with plenty amenties to make you feel like home away from home. Clean and uncluttered with tasteful decor. Well suited for long stays with transportation. Definitely recommended stay.

Whether you are local or from overseas this is a great and convenient place to stay. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the space. It really made us feel right at home. Half way tree and Devon House were both walkable which was amazing. The space was really clean and well organized. Will definitely be back!

Mandeville is truly a gem. Starting my day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, surrounded by the lush greenery and the sweet melodies of the birds, was simply delightful. What truly enhanced my stay was Alethia's exceptional communication and ensuring that all our needs were met. Avista is the ultimate retreat for unwinding in a pristine, secluded, and safe environment, with everyone around being incredibly welcoming. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and eagerly look forward to returning! Alethia is an outstanding host. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this location. A lot of people made me feel nervous staying in Maypen but I felt safe In this gated community. I would stay here again. It is close to food and shops. Staphel communicated efficiently and was friendly. The place looks bigger than the pictures and is nicely decorated. Big tvs in every room. Every room has a bathroom. With a family of 8 I didn’t feel crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

I enjoyed my stay at solace it felt like home.. Latoya was very welcoming and responsive, place was clean and well kept, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I’m truly grateful for such an experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a spot in portmore that gives peace and comfort solace is the place, everything was smooth from checking in to checking out 10/10 would recommend. :)

24/7hr security felt like I was home. Peaceful and a great distance from the all the shopping centers. Host was really helpful made it easy to communicate. I recommend and I’ll book again for sure.

It was a pleasure staying at Judith’s home with my family, we were very comfortable and her house is so beautiful , everything was perfect and the backyard is extremely beautiful!!!!

Tanny’s place was amazing! My family and I stayed for 7 days to celebrate my children’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. Tanny was very responsive, and accommodating. We felt secure, and right at home. Will definitely be back!

The place made you feel right at home. For me it was conveniently located near family so the location was perfect. I loved the gated community and the privacy it provided. The supermarket and popular food spots are a short drive away. Everything listed on her page was there in the home as well as amenities were awesome. Even the grounds man was pleasant and very helpful. The space was clean and comfortable area is quiet. The beds were comfy, and the space was cool and breezy. The short walk to the pool was worth it. Cordania was very accommodating with allowing me to have family members come by to visit. Cordania is an excellent host. This is a new favorite go-to place when I return to Kingston.

The place was worth every bit of the cost. If you’re looking for a well-secured, gated, clean, and modern stay, then this is the place for you. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nashon was easy to reach and professional.

The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet residential area. The apartment was large, clean and nice. Even better than the pictures. It is a three bedroom apartment, one of which has a single bed and does not appear in the pictures. The king bed was so comfortable and the pillows too!! Everything worked perfectly (oven, air conditioning, water, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay. I did not meet Precious in person but I spoke to her on the phone and she was very kind and available. Her son Cleon was there to greet us and he was also super nice. It was a very nice and easy experience.

I absolutely loved the rooftop access- me and my husband were talking for 3 hours and didn’t realize it. It’s beautiful during the day and gorgeous at night. The appliances were very high tech top notch very relevant. Had a little challenge at beginning of trip the very first day but it was out of the host control BUT she was very responsive quick to answer and was readily responsive-which I haven’t gotten from past host. It was a very clean nice place to stay- would recommend this location. Thanks Rochelle!

Dwain’s place was one of the most comfortable and convenient stays I’ve had in Kingston. Dwain responded promptly, provided flexibility and was very pleasant to deal with. I plan on returning to Dwain’s place in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

The excellent combination of a thoughtful, pleasant and quick responsive host, plus the convenience of this apartment's location with pool and seaside, a few steps away in Portmore, is a great find for me. Thanks Basil and I'll be back for sure. 😊
